Capital Gains Tax
Preliminary Tax is payable by 15th December 2010 on the taxable gains arising during the 11 months ended 30th November 2010.
The CGT Return 2009 is due by 31st October 2010. The balance of any tax due for 2009 is payable by 31st October 2010.
The balance of tax if any due by 31st October 2010 with the tax return or within one month of the date of issue of a notice of assessment.
