We act as an intermediary to assist you in meeting your obligations under the tax legislation and to assist in the smooth operation of the Audit by the Revenue Commissioners. It may be the sixth hour and the Revenue Auditor is about enter your office and you can demonstrate dissatisfaction with our present tax advisor, we would be prepared to offer assistance.
We offer assistance with the negotiations of issues arising before, during and after the audit. We assist in the preparation of a voluntary dislcosure as a way to mitigate the effects of the audit and bring it to an early conclusion to the satisfaction of both the taxpayer and the Revenue's representative. Provided that we can be properly briefed in the time available then we will accept the appointment.
No case is too bad that we cannot consider accepting it. In particular we consider cases where client's through neglect or bad sevice are likely to suffer unfair treatment.
